It is a tragic mistake for someone to believe that Wealth & Wellbeing are achieved only when you have the money or the time. 

Everyone would agree that we all need the right balance of everything to be at your full potential.

No such thing as a “One and only Bible of Health” exists and there is no reason to exclude any specialist or science.  

Our body, mind and soul do not become ill accidentally and without cause.  

Instead, WE are the ones who are creating problems, make the wrong choices, cannot construct our future, protect ourselves and act rationally, consciously and with vigor towards the everyday sick situations that WE have caused to ourselves and others with our grumbling, our pessimism, our envy, our unscrupulousness, our jealousy and our greed.  

Let us at last acknowledge our responsibility for what happens to us. Knowledge, logic and emotion all reside within us. Let’s get to know them at last, let’s get to know ourselves, let’s set healthy goals and let us take decisions with awareness towards what is best for our life, for our fellow human beings and for our environment.

OPTIMUM HEALTH is the condition in which the body as a whole and each cell individually are based and equilibrate on three stable, strong and unshakable foundations of health,  

a) OPTIMUM PHYSICAL HEALTH  

b) OPTIMUM MENTAL HEALTH  

c) OPTIMUM EMOTIONAL HEALTH  

d) OPTIMUM SPIRITUAL HEALTH.  

Optimum health is the undividable and balanced combination of all the above. Optimum health cannot lack any of these four basic components. If any of the above basic components are uncultivated or lacking in any degree then irreversible complications arise. 

OPTIMUM physical health is the condition in which the body as a whole and each subsystem separately (respiratory, nervous, circulatory, digestive, etc.), is based and balances on three stable, strong and unshakable foundations,  

a) DIET, the “fuel” materials used by the body to build up its cells, tissues, muscles, etc.,  

b) EXERCISE, which is the function and cooperation of the body subsystems, robustness, building the “house ” in which one resides, immunity and finally  

c) REST, recovering of the subsystems, muscle relaxation, oxygenation, relaxation, sleep, etc. 

Moving towards conquering optimum physical health, the body remembers capabilities such as energy storage, resilience to weather conditions, resistance to pain, power, resilience to force, aerobic fitness, self-healing, resistance to viruses and diseases, temperature maintenance, quick recovery from hurt, diseases, (skills) which, when the body remembers to use to the fullest, will be able to prevent and respond to easily, quickly and above all effectively situations such as cramps, scars, bruises, acne, dizziness, headaches, drowsiness, upset stomach, hemorrhoids, insomnia, appendicitis, ulcers, arthritis, gall, heart problems, heart attacks, viruses, injuries, fractures, lacerations of muscles, constipation, obesity, weakness, asthma, ear infections, infections, anemia, leukemia, cancers etc.  

OPTIMUM mental health is the state in which the mind as a whole and each process separately (ideas, thoughts, solutions, theories, ability to combine, etc.), are based and equilibrate on three stable, strong and unshakable bases,  

a) MEMORY, knowledge, information, experiences, reading, listening, personal discoveries, theories and experiences, etc.,  

b) CREATIVITY, the mood to create, imagination, the ability to take a bit of “nothing” and turn it into “something”, understanding multilevel meanings, the traveler’s way of thinking, fiction, cognitive gates to imaginary worlds, humor, dreams about the future and the personal way to materialize them, etc. and finally  

c) LOGIC, critical thinking, explaining, understanding of a principle and a conclusion, the sequence of things, justification, data and the objective, etc. 

OPTIMUM emotional health is the state in which the soul and each journey separately (one’s being, the memories one creates, the five senses), are based and equilibrate on three stable, strong and unshakable bases,  

a) COURAGE, the boldness, the will that comes from within, the superhuman effort, the energy that transcends ourselves, the heroic psychology, etc.,  

b) CONCIOUSNESS, perception of the surroundings, perception of the subconscious environment, the psychological environment, understanding of options and their extensions before their consequences appear, etc. and  

c) SENTIMENT, the interaction of human souls, understanding the energies surrounding situations, the ability to sense other people’s mental loads / constraints, etc. 

d) OPTIMUM spiritual health, is FREE and is a personal achievement is the state in which the mind is open and understand who God is, a Free Will Giver, an Inspiring Spirit, a Higher Consciousness/Intelligence. All the above can fully be achieved once we understand the plans of Our Maker of All things seen and unseen.
