BGT Dragon’s Den is a unique opportunity for researchers, innovators, entrepreneurs and students to pitch their projects to a panel of judges from different fields and backgrounds. You will get the chance to:
- Promote your research and turn it into a project that can have a real impact on society
- Help build innovations for a better future, whether it’s in healthcare, sustainability, education or any other domain
- Find talents and collaborators who share your vision and passion
- Develop the latest technology that will help us for a more sustainable future and personal growth
- Get all the resources, skills, expertise and mentoring needed to make your dreams become a reality!
The competition is open to anyone who has a research-based idea that can be developed into a product, service or solution. You can apply as an individual or as a team of up to four people. All you need to do is:
- Send us an email with a summary pitch of your idea via our contact form
- Include your name, contact details, affiliation and a brief description of your project
- Explain why your idea is innovative, feasible and beneficial for society
- Attach any supporting documents or materials that can help us understand your project better
Or – If you are selected, we will send you an email, we will book you in for a consultation, please have your business plan, supporting documents or materials ready.
The deadline for submissions is 31st August 2023. The selected finalists will be invited to present their pitches live in front of the judges and the audience at the BGT Dragon’s Den event in September 2023.
